Results for the Open match fished at Ryleys pool on Thursday 04-02-2016. The pool continues to be difficult and it is very hard to decide  weather to fish for bits or for the carp. 1st. John Gertton had the patience to weight for carp 6-0-4 (2 carp and a few bits  using bread and worm off peg 1.) 2nd. Roy Cooper 3-14-0 (fished for carp for half the match lost patience  and switched to bits on the maggot and had a small carp on the bit rig with minutes to go to leap into 2nd place.) 3rd. Terry Nutt 3-8-0 (fished for bits for most of the match on pinkie and maggot off peg 17.).
