Results at Hammersley Spring Pools on Thursday 19-04-2018.

Results of the Club match fished at Hammersley Spring Pools on Thursday 19-04-2018. At last a warm sunny day  but the fishing was still not brilliant and only two of us showed up. 1st. Roy Cooper 14-11-0 ( 2 small carp caught on pole fished corn for 3-1-0 and 11-10-0 of bits on maggot:- very few fish above an ounce in weight off peg 15.) 2nd. John Bullough 11-0-0 ( 4 carp and a few bits caught on ledgered corn and maggot off peg 13.) A walk round the pool at the end off the match I counted over a hundred different carp basking in the Lilies in the sun on the far bank)
