Due to Covid 19 restrictions, this years AGM is going to be held over ‘zoom’ video link.
Whilst not everyone will be familiar with the technology, many will have had to/chosen to embrace it over the past year; and if you haven’t done so yet it is fairly simple to do so over PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone. See Zoom’s website for more info.
In view of the nature of the event, we are aiming to keep things simple. As a result:
1/ There are no proposed rule, fee or officer changes currently scheduled for discussion. It is essentially intended as an ‘admin’ AGM only.
2/Barry Pilgrim will control the meeting, and all joining will be ‘muted’ until called to/needing to speak. Those muted who wish to speak will need to send Barry a chat message in real time to call his attention to them &/or need to wave their arms about to catch his eye!
