This year’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Wed 9th Feb, starting at 8pm.
As usual, it is being held at Hodnet Social Club. If you’ve not been before, it is situated next to the school in Hodnet.
This year there is a lot of routine ‘stuff’ to get through to prepare The Club for new procedures we wish to adopt in relation to an onine membership system (see separate post shortly), but if there is anything pressing that you’d like to raise/have raised at the AGM please get in touch with Terry Nutt immediately – and he can talk you through AGM procedures.
After the AGM a free light supper is served.
